We were already really impressed with how you guys handled the initial pre wedding menu selection, tasting session, etc… and have to say that the service on the day also lived up to this and was absolutely excellent. The food was served to time, was very tasty and the head waiter and his staff were extremely professional!

I wanted to get in touch with you to say how grateful we were for the catering and service you provided for us last week for our event.

The canapés were beautiful (I have been asked by several people who you are so that they can use you in the future)!
