Matt and his team were absolutely fantastic, so polite and friendly and incredibly accommodating!!! The food was really tasty, really fresh and wonderfully presented. Castlegate Wedding – January 2017
We booked Jacob and Tori for our wedding in December after having them recommended to us by a number of other people working in the wedding industry. The service we received leading up to the wedding was excellent, we received regular communication from Jacob and tori caterers including a face to face meeting with Matt a few months before the wedding, all my emails and queries were also answered quickly and nothing was a problem for them. Jacob and Tori provided us with a wedding breakfast and evening buffet for my 90 guests, the wedding breakfast was developed to our specific requirements- a Christmas dinner for a Christmas wedding- and all dietary requirements catered for, with an equally delicious meal served to them- including a vegetarian bride! Our wedding was at a local village hall and therefore we had no wedding coordinator on the day to ensure everything ran to time, something I was very nervous about! Jacob and tori arrived a few hours before to set up and food was served perfectly in time with the running of the day with just the right time in between courses. The service offered by all the staff there on the the day was very professional and seamless. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their food on the day and many guests have commented on it afterwards- particularly the vanilla pod cheesecake! I wish I could have eaten more but my dress simply wouldn’t allow it!!

Indeed, a great night was had by all! Your team worked very well, and seamlessly. Servers were polite, efficient and attentive, the kitchen Team served hot and fine foods to which the gathering all paid very positive compliments. We did run a bit late perhaps, not sure what time the staff expected it to end, but they did well and I’m most pleased with the result, both food and service.
Given this was the first time I’ve be able to use your services, I am most impressed with them, and I will definitely get in touch next time I have an event to host.

Every aspect of using Jacob and Tori Caterers for our wedding buffet was great. They created a wonderful menu for us and helped us work out how to keep it within budget. We asked for an all vegetarian menu (with vegan and gluten-free options!) and were very impressed by the range of options they had for us. Matt talked through all the different choices with us and even when we asked for an extra main last-minute they were very happy to help us make it perfect. On the day the staff were friendly and very professional, and they even helped cut up our wedding cakes. The food was delicious and several guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The left-overs were also very welcome the next day after tidying up. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to make their event food memorable. Thank you all so much!
