“We began organising our September wedding in February. After emailing Jacob & Tori they responded almost immediately giving us the information we needed on menus, our options and pricing emphasising how flexible they were to deliver what we wanted, even if it was a bit different. The choice of their main courses was fabulous and we liked that a lot of the meats/fish were locally sourced. For the quality of menus and price we also though they looked to be the best value caterer in the North East after looking at a number of other companies. They we’re also creative to tweak our menu to ensure that we stayed within budget. We decided to go with lamb shank and salmon main courses (melt-in-the-mouth, absolutely delicious) and they came so well presented, topped with garnish, top restaurant quality. Because of our love of Italian food we wanted a sharing antipasti started where we sourced the ingredients and Jacob & Tori prepare and serve, and we wanted the wedding cake served as dessert. Although we thought this might be a bit out of the ordinary, Jacob & Tori were more than happy to do it and really lived up to “tailoring a bespoke menu” for us. They were extremely experienced, communication was excellent and we always felt confident they had it in hand which is exactly what you want on your wedding day, Matt Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. On the day the catering team were well organised and the catering manager made himself aware to us so we knew who exactly to talk to, and even though the wedding was running late they adjusted to deliver a smooth service, perfectly done. Thank you Jacob & Tori for the wonderful job you did at our wedding, we would highly recommend Jacob & Tori to anyone.”
